Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using RNKX, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use RNKX. If you use RNKX for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes the organization.

Additional terms from an app store, device platform, authentication provider, advertising provider, or linked service may also apply. If you downloaded RNKX from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to your licensed use of the iOS application unless a valid custom agreement replaces it.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use RNKX. If the law where you live requires a higher age or parental consent to use an online service, you may use RNKX only when that requirement is satisfied. You may not use RNKX if you are legally prohibited from receiving the service or if we previously suspended you for serious or repeated violations.

3. The RNKX service

RNKX lets people discover public polls, cast votes, view results and eligible grouped insights, and—after creating an account—comment, reply, react, report content, build reputation, and use other member features. Some functionality may differ by platform, country, account status, poll status, or app version.

Guests may use an anonymous session and may cast one guest vote per poll per installation. Registered members may be able to change a vote, subject to poll rules and integrity controls. Circumventing installation, session, account, or other voting controls is prohibited.

4. Accounts and account security

• Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in account secure.
• Use a display name you have the right to use and that does not impersonate another person.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account or installation.
• Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
• Do not sell, transfer, rent, or misuse accounts or access credentials.

Authentication is provided through Firebase and supported identity providers. Your ability to use a particular sign-in method may depend on that provider’s availability and rules.

5. Community rules and prohibited conduct

You may not use RNKX to create, upload, post, share, promote, or facilitate:

• Illegal activity or content, or instructions intended to enable illegal conduct.
• Child sexual abuse or exploitation, grooming, sexualization of minors, child sexual abuse material, or any content that endangers children. We have zero tolerance for such content.
• Pornography, non-consensual intimate content, sexual exploitation, or content primarily intended for sexual gratification.
• Threats, harassment, bullying, stalking, hate speech, dehumanization, or calls for violence against a person or protected group.
• Graphic violence, encouragement of self-harm, dangerous challenges, or content that creates an unreasonable risk of physical injury.
• Doxxing, unauthorized personal or confidential information, invasion of privacy, or content that violates another person’s data-protection rights.
• Fraud, scams, deceptive impersonation, deliberately harmful misinformation, manipulated media presented deceptively, or coordinated inauthentic behavior.
• Spam, unsolicited promotion, malware, phishing, scraping, denial-of-service attacks, or attempts to bypass, reverse engineer, disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to RNKX.
• Copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights violations, including content you do not have permission to use.
• Vote manipulation, including bots, scripts, multiple accounts or installations used to evade limits, coordinated brigading, buying or selling votes, or interfering with totals.
• False or abusive reports, attempts to weaponize moderation, or evasion of a restriction or ban.

6. Your content

You retain ownership

As between you and RNKX, you retain ownership of comments, replies, poll submissions, and other original content you submit (“User Content”). You represent that you own or have all rights needed to submit that content and grant the license below.

License to operate RNKX

You grant Veryfy Global Corp. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, format, adapt for display and accessibility, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise use your User Content only as reasonably needed to operate, improve, promote, secure, and moderate RNKX. This license includes displaying content with your public display name and enabling other users to access or share it through RNKX. It ends when the content is deleted from our active systems, except where continued use is reasonably necessary for backups, legal compliance, moderation records, or content that others have independently shared.

Feedback or suggestions about RNKX may be used without restriction or compensation, but we are not required to use them.

7. Reporting, moderation, and enforcement

RNKX provides tools to report comments and users. We may review reports and use automated signals, report thresholds, and human review to detect possible violations. Multiple reports may cause a comment to be visibly flagged while it awaits review.

To protect RNKX and the community, we may label, limit visibility of, remove, preserve, or refuse content; limit features; invalidate suspicious votes; reduce reputation; warn users; suspend or terminate accounts or installations; and refer matters to authorities. We may take action with or without prior notice where reasonably necessary. Reports do not guarantee a particular outcome, and a report count alone does not establish wrongdoing.

If blocking functionality is available, use it separately from reporting when you want to stop seeing or interacting with a user. For urgent danger, contact local emergency services; RNKX is not an emergency service.

8. Polls, results, and insights

RNKX polls reflect the votes collected from participating users under the poll’s settings. They are not necessarily representative, randomized, independently verified, statistically scientific, or free from error or attempted manipulation. Counts, percentages, rankings, demographic comparisons, location comparisons, and generated summaries may be delayed, corrected, withheld, or removed.

RNKX Insights uses privacy thresholds and qualifying data to describe patterns. Insights are informational and should not be treated as medical, legal, financial, political, scientific, or other professional advice. Do not rely on RNKX alone for important decisions.

9. Advertising, rewards, and sponsors

RNKX may display advertising, branded polls, or sponsored content. Advertising or sponsorship does not mean RNKX endorses an advertiser, product, claim, or offer. Dealings with advertisers are between you and them, subject to applicable law and their terms.

Optional rewarded ads may unlock temporary ad-free time or access to eligible insights. Rewards have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and may expire or be changed. Attempting to falsify ad completion or exploit rewards is prohibited.

10. RNKX intellectual property

RNKX, including its software, design, branding, logos, interfaces, compilation, and original content, is owned by Veryfy Global Corp. or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use RNKX for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.

11. Third-party services

RNKX uses or links to services provided by Google, Firebase, Apple, Meta, advertising partners, app stores, and others. We do not control third-party services, content, policies, or availability. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using RNKX.

12. Service changes and availability

We may add, change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features, polls, rewards, or RNKX itself. We do not promise that RNKX will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that content will be preserved indefinitely. You are responsible for maintaining copies of content you need.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using RNKX at any time and may request account deletion using our Data Deletion Instructions. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, harm users or RNKX, or if the service is discontinued. Provisions that by their nature should survive—such as licenses already exercised, ownership, disclaimers, limits of liability, indemnity, and dispute terms—will survive termination.

14. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RNKX IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” VERYFY GLOBAL CORP. DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT RESULTS, INSIGHTS, USER CONTENT, ADVERTISING, OR OTHER INFORMATION IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, SAFE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VERYFY GLOBAL CORP. AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, REPUTATION, OPPORTUNITY, OR GOODWILL; OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM USER CONTENT, POLL RESULTS, THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, OR INTERRUPTION OF RNKX.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO RNKX OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO VERYFY GLOBAL CORP. FOR RNKX DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR PHP 1,000.

These limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and do not limit liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct.

16. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Veryfy Global Corp. and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your User Content, your misuse of RNKX, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own unlawful conduct.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a formal claim, you and RNKX agree to try in good faith for 30 days to resolve it informally by emailing the contact below. If unresolved, the dispute will be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as RNKX changes or legal requirements evolve. We will post updated Terms here and revise the date above. For material changes, we may provide an in-app notice or require renewed acceptance. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them, unless applicable law requires another form of consent.

19. General terms

These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and Veryfy Global Corp. about RNKX, except for additional terms that expressly apply. If any provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest remains effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization, merger, acquisition, or asset transfer. Headings are for convenience only.
